Abstract

İnsanların algılarını, tutumlarını ve davranışlarını belirleyen başat etkenlerden birisi de duygulardır. Duygular sosyal ilişkiler içerisinde diğer insanlarla etkileşim sürecinde kendisini gösterir. Günümüzde bu sosyal ilişkilerin en yoğun yaşandığı yerler iş yerleridir. Ne var ki organizasyon teorisinde en temel ve etkili duygulardan birisi olan kıskançlık ihmal edilmiş gözükmektedir. Bu çalışmada kıskançlık ile çalışanların örgütsel algıları ilişkisi üzerine bir literatür taraması yapılmış ve gelecek çalışmalara bir fikir vermek amacıyla eksik alanların tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Literatür taraması sonucunda iş yeri kıskançlığı üzerine uluslararası çalışmaların literatürde yeterince yer almadığı görülmüştür. Yine Türkiye’de iş yeri kıskançlığının çok az çalışmada bir değişken olarak ele alındığı tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract

One of the factors determining perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of people is emotions. Emotions rise in social relations at the process of interaction with other people. At the present time, these social relations take place most intensely in work places. However, it seems that jealousy, one of the most basic and influential emotions, is neglected in organization theory. In this study, the literature on workplace jealousy and organizational perceptions relationships have been reviewed and it is aimed to determine missing points in order to give an idea to future studies. As a result of literature review, it reveals that workplace jealousy not enough investigated in international studies. Besides, studies examining workplace jealousy in Turkey very rare.
